GLP delivers the JDC1 from now on with a new RGB – LED Chip.

Background and Details

The change to a new LED chip is necessary because the old type is discontinued from the supplier and the shipping quantities which are needed for a stable production are not guaranteed anymore.

The new LED package comes with a darker surface and the LED itself is a tiny bit smaller compared to the original version.

The LED  itself comes with the same color binning, intensity, and all other characteristics so a continous usage of the JDC1 fixture series is guaranteed. Users will experience no operational difference with the new style or when both old and new are combined in the same lighting system.

The change affects all units with a serial number from 12037-XXXXX  and onwards.
